Here are the steps, but in text:
Step 1. Download VMOS: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vmos.glb
Step 2. Open VMOS and let it do it's setup!
Step 3. Allow it to all the permissions it requests and the 'appear over' permission.
Step 4. Open VMOS and let it do it's thing.
Step 5. Open the browser inside of VMOS
Step 6. Download LuckyPatcher: https://www.mediafire.com/file/nks0ykehg32newq/luckypatcher.apk/file
Step 7. Download Cyberdroid: https://drive.google.com/file/d/11gM7sqrVNjUFKkdHcfOnKCwu7h0oQ_Pz/view
Step 8. Download Root explorer: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jrummy.root.browserfree
Step 9. Download latest Pokemon Go APK: hhttps://www.apkmirror.com/apk/niantic-inc/pokemon-go/
Step 10. You now have all the files we need to begin! Yay. Go to the settings app inside the VMOS, and enable Developer settings by clicking Build number 8 times. Then enable 'Root' and 'USB DEBUG'
Step 11. Restart VMOS by either using the floating widget, or closing it through your main phone.
Step 12. open the LuckyPatcher app in VMOS and click 'No' to all the pop-ups except for when it asks for 'superuser' permissions, click yes.
Step 13. Inside the LuckyPatcher click on Cyberdroid to Tools to Move to /systemapp.
When clicking this LuckyPatcher will ask to reboot, click 'No'
Step 14. After doing 'Step 13' open the File explorer from 'Step 8' and search for the 'Xbin file' you can find this inside the /local/ path. After you found the 'Xbin' file delete it. After deleting the Xbin file proceed to delete the 'File explorer'
Step 15. After doing 'Step 14' Go back into the VMOS developer settings and disable 'Root' but keep 'USB DEBUG' turned on.
Step 16. Now click the folder icon in the VMOS task bar and search for 'Pokemon Go' select it and click import. Then disable GPS on your main phone and put in your preferred GPS location inside 'Cyberdroid' Then start and log into 'Pokemon Go'
Step 17. Congratulations! You did it.

Known error fixes:
-Failed to Authenticate:
Step 1. Close 'Pokemon Go' inside VMOS
Step 2. Disable your main phones GPS
Step 3. Open 'Pokemon Go' on your main phone and let it load, when it's fully loaded you should see your character stand on a fully green area.
Step 4. Switch to the VMOS while letting the 'Pokemon Go' run on your main phone.
Step 5. Log back into 'Pokemon Go' in VMOS, and it should fully load and work!
